市場競爭程度的日益激勵以及用戶個性化需求的不斷加大,企業將需要投入更多的時間和精力專注於自身擅長的領域,並積極保持著與其它企業的合作關係。物流外包思想便是充分的利用企業有限的資源、努力的降低成本,並與其它企業維持一種長期的戰略合作夥伴關係。但物流外包企業的合作關係並不十分樂觀,主要的原因是:物流外包企業與協力廠商物流企業存在認識與定位衝突,在創建合作關係的過程中不能抓住合作重點,並不能持續維持合作關係。
針對上述狀況,透過大量的文獻閱讀、專家訪談與企業調查研究,從行為理念因素和環境結構因素兩個構面將物流外包合作關係的影響因素進行歸納整合,從而挖掘出在物流外包合作中的關鍵影響因素,並採用模糊綜合評價法對物流外包合作關係進行評價,期望幫助業主企業進行良好的物流外包。從而提高其企業核心競爭力。
首先探討了本文的基本理論:物流外包基本含義、層次、物流外包步驟以及物流外包合作關係中的關鍵問題,其次介紹了本文研究的個案公司,並描述了本文的研究設計與分析方法,接著是對實地調查研究的資料進行資料的分析與整理,找到物流外包的關鍵因素,並對物流外包合作關係進行評價,最後是文章的研究結論與管理啟示,並在此研究的基礎上給出了未來的研究方向。

The situation of market competition increasing incentive as well as the needs of individual users, companies would need to invest more time and energy to focus on their own areas of expertise, and actively maintained cooperative relations with other enterprises. The logistics outsourcing idea was to take full advantage of the limited resources of enterprises, efforts to reduce costs and maintained a long-term strategic partnership with other companies. Then, logistics outsourcing business relations of cooperation was not very optimistic, the main reason was that the logistics outsourcing enterprises had conflict with third-party logistics enterprises on awareness and positioning, could not grasp the keys in the process of creating a partnership, and could not continue to maintain cooperative relations.
In response to these conditions, I read a lot of literature, expert interviews and business research, integrated two dimensions from behavioral concept factors and environmental structural factors, in order to dig out the key factors of logistics outsourcing cooperation, and made the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the logistics outsourcing relationship, which looked forward to helping shippers enterprise logistics outsourcing. The research would enhance shipper enterprise’s core competitiveness.
The paper first discussed the basic theory: logistics outsourcing basic meaning, level, logistics outsourcing steps and key issues of logistics outsourcing cooperation. Followed by this paper, the paper introduced the case company, and described the study design and analysis way. And then, the research analyzed the data to find the key factors of logistics outsourcing, evaluating the logistics outsourcing cooperation. Finally, the paper made the conclusion and gave the managerial implications.
