The topic: “How to improve the effectiveness of employee training at Vietnam Star Automobile Limited Company- Hanoi was written on the basis of research rationale and research objectives apparently. The thesis is the outcome of time pursuing Master Program of Science in Information Mamagement provided by the International Department of Vietnam National University, Hanoi in collaboration with the LUNGHWA University of Science and Technology.
The researching process and topic implementation are the combination of scientific theory and practice of personnel traning in Vietnam Star Automobile limited, Hanoi. The Theoretical basis is derived from the learned academic knowledge provided by lectures, which are based on curriculum references, magazines references and human resource and personnel training related conferences.
Practice is the process of finding, collecting and analyzing information collected from the survey and company documents review.
The layout of this essay includes the following sections:
