近年來,雲端運算產業崛起,各資訊大廠紛紛搶入市場。雲端運算技術不僅對於相關企業的發展非常重要,亦對國家整體競爭力有舉足輕重的影響,但是有關雲端技術產業專利分析的研究文獻極少。此外,專利文件的數量龐大,加上內容可能包含大量領域專業和技術詞彙,專利工程師無法有效率地閱讀和分析。近年來,以文字探勘進行專利分析的研究漸受重視。因此,本研究提出二階段式專利檢索策略,以獲取雲端運算產業之專利文件。本研究整合文字探勘及專利網絡分析工具,並運用「技術中心性」指標找出核心專利。研究結果顯示:(1)二階段式專利檢索策略,可將雲端運算產業專利正確分類至其所屬的商業模式;(2)透過不同權重系統與相似度的參數試驗,可找出較佳的專利網路型態;(3)應用「技術中心性」指標能確實找出核心專利。本研究所獲得分屬三類雲端運算模式之核心專利,可提供國內外有意進軍雲端運算產業之企業的重要研發參考依據。
Cloud computing, a rising industry in recent year, has been receiving much attention from many large companies. The technologies of cloud computing are not only important for enterprise development, and also have a significant impact on the overall competitiveness of a country; however, patent analysis on this industry is limited. In addition, the number of patent documents is huge and its content may contain a large number of professional and technical vocabulary, patent engineers may not be able to read and analysis efficiently. The characteristics of lengthy and rich in technical terminology of patent documents puts a premium on the development of automatic tools, such as text mining, for reducing human efforts in patent analysis. Therefore, this study proposed a two-stage patent search strategy to obtained the related patents of cloud computing. By using the integrated tools of text mining and network analysis, with the aid of the "technical center" indicators, the core patents of each business models of cloud computing industry are identified. The analysis results showed: (1) Cloud computing patents can be correctly classified into their belonged business model by conducting the two-stage patent search strategy; (2) Through various parameters test of different weighting system and similarity, a better patent network morphology can be revealed; (3) The core patents corresponding to each business models of cloud computing industry can be determined with the help of the "technical center" indicator. The results of this study will provide valuable references for domestic or oversea enterprise which plan to enter the cloud computing industry in the future.
