綜觀設計鏈相關研究,其議題可分為企業間、部門間,以及設計師間三個層級,但現多著重於探究巨觀企業間之設計鏈議題。本研究將先以中觀之企業內設計鏈觀點,進行各產品業別之設計鏈構成型態研究,爾後再據以進行跨產品業別之設計鏈通則型態與其動態轉型因子,以及不同產品複雜度間與不同產品別間之設計鏈變化型態為目的。
本研究藉由結構式深度訪談、圖形疊合,及內容分析法,針對中觀之企業內設計鏈型態進行探究,獲得以下結果:1)本研究所重新定義之9種產品創新經營型態定義,除獲得所有個案之認同外,亦能據以進行各產品創新經營型態之設計鏈型態描述;2)獲得文具產業8種靜態設計鏈;3)針對3C、育樂、流行、交通與家電等產品屬性,共18個個案進行擴大研究,獲得出9種設計鏈通則型態;4)針對育樂產品業進行不同產品複雜程度之設計鏈變化型態分析,獲得3種不同產品複雜度之設計鏈變化型態與靜態設計鏈型態,及其設計鏈動態轉型因子,此有助企業進行業內產品轉型時之組織轉型參考;5)針對育樂產品業與文具產業進行跨業之設計鏈變化型態分析,共獲得3種不同產品創新程度之設計鏈變化型態,設計鏈動態轉型因子,此可供企業於進行產品別轉型時之組織轉型參考;6)本研究於個案導入驗證,FD(夾治具設計)、QC(品質管理)、PI(試量產)、CR(零件編碼)等設計鏈構成因子將被加入原本架構中,其設計鏈構成因子亦從14個擴增為18個。
Studies with regards to design chain can be discussed in three sections, namely inter-enterprise, inter-sectoral and inter-designer. This study is mainly to research the basic design chain generalization patterns and its dynamic transformation factors, and further to explore the design chain transformation patterns in difference product complexity of creation product industry and design chain transformation patterns in difference product attribution between creation product industry and stationary product industry.
This study through structured in-depth interview, content analysis and graphic overlap obtains that: (1) The study re-defines the nine product innovation business types with recognition from all cases, thereby carrying out the design chain patterns of various product innovation business types. (2) A total of eight static design chain patterns from the stationery industry and the dynamic transformation factors of various product innovation business types have been attained. (3) Conducted on eighteen cases of 3C product, recreation product, fashion product, transportation and home appliances yielding nine design chain generalization patterns. (4) The different design chain transformation pattern analysis and the dynamic transformation factors for various product complexity degrees for the recreation product has been carried out to yield three design chain transformation patterns. (5) The various design chain transformation patterns of cross-product attributions and the dynamic transformation factors in three different product innovation business types have been discovered. 6) Through verification, PI( Pilot Run), QC (Quality Control), FD (Fixture Design) and CR (MRP and ERP code) are added into the original design chain constituent factors. The total of design chain constituent factors is from fourteen increasing to eighteen.
