「標準」已成為企業經營所需具備基本門檻,導入標準能以最有效率的方式提供企業生產知識與內部管理模式,達成國際標準制定的初衷促進工業標準的國際協調和統一,有效降低企業間的溝通成本,合乎標準同時建立雙方合作基礎。企業推動ISO驗證時,在選擇驗證公司上非常重要,如何選擇適合企業本身需求,進而解決迫切性的需求,同時驗證機構應慎選發展策略讓企業更加信賴。本研究試圖以科技接受模型,進一步瞭解企業驗證使用者對於選擇驗證機構的接受態度與意圖,試著了解此一相關性在企業選擇驗證機構領域的適用程度與驗證機構可如何發展未來策略。
本研究架構共分為七部份,分別是「知覺價格」、「知覺品質」、「認知易用」、「認知有用」、「使用態度」、「使用意圖」、「公司基本資料」,研究母體以曾受過驗證之企業使用者為主。資料蒐集是透過網路問卷方式進行調查,資料分析工具是採用SPSS 18.0 for Windows統計軟體,以達成研究目的及研究假設的確證,針對企業在職人員發送,總共發出204 份問卷,回收樣本數為204 份,回收率100%,檢視100 份樣本,網路問卷設計皆為必填欄位,需填完所有問卷內容方視為有效樣本,有效樣本為204份,有效問卷回收率為100%。統計分析方法包括了敘述性統計分析、因素分析、信效度分析、變異數分析、迴歸分析,藉以驗證使用者之使用態度與使用意圖時知覺價格、知覺品質、認知易用及認知有用四者之間的影響與關聯性。
本研究依據實證結果提出建議為企業在選擇驗證公司時應著重於整體服務而非價格成本;驗證機構應將本身公正第三方的形象進一步卓越展現,在精進整體服務能力同時,也需同時思考如何協助企業在不耗費太多心力的情況下,進而在市場上取得企業客戶的信賴。
Standard is a basic threshold for business nowadays. Standard importing is the most effective way of providing enterprise knowledge and internal production management mode. Setting international standard establishes multi-cooperation basic, which could not only promoting international coordination and harmonization, but also reducing communication costs between enterprises. While promoting ISO certification, it is extremely important for enterprise to choose Certification Body. A suitable Certification Body fit company’s requirement for resolving urgent needs, and even their development strategies could make enterprises much more reliable.This study used technology acceptance model to better understand the acceptable attitudes and intentions of enterprise authenticated user toward choosing Certification Body. Furthermore, the consequence correlates the enterprise applicability and the Certification Body’s future strategies.
The research include seven parts, which are Perceived Price, Perceived Quality, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using, Behavioral Intention to Use , Company Profile.Study population is based on certificated business.Data collection was network questionnaire survey, data analysis is statistical software SPSS 18.0 for Windows to assure research objectives and research hypotheses. 204 questionnaires was send to serving staffs, issued a total of, recovery 204 copies, the response rate was 100%. Extracting 100 samples, Internet questionnaire are designed all-fill-out. All the questionnaires are valid samples, effective sample was 204, the effective response rate was 100%. Statistical analysis methods including descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, analysis of variance, regression analysis in order to verify the user's attitude and intention and realize the influence and correlation of perceived price, perceived quality, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness.
Suggestions of this empirical study are that enterprises should focus on the overall service rather than the price while choosing Certification Body. Meanwhile, Certification Body should make effort on upgrading its impartial third-party image and refining overall service performance in order to help their clients obtaining their target costumer’s trust easily.
