摘要
知識經濟時代的來臨，為了讓學子進入職場能學以致用，“產學合作”成為高等教育與產業界合作的未來趨勢。“產學合作”整合學術界、產業界與政府各部門所提供的經費與資源，且參與政府所推動的產學合作活動與計畫。另外更將研究成果應用化與商業化，並獲得回饋性的利益與研究價值。在台灣，希望藉由產學合作提升學子的創新能力與研究能力來達到學用合一的目標，亦可以使學子進入職場時無銜接性的問題。台灣產學合作模式結合政府各部門、學術界與產業界並以計畫(含政府補助性計畫)來進行。而在澳洲，聯邦政府希望藉由產學合作模式的進行使國家研究發展能力更加卓越且提升區域的整體發展。澳洲在產學合作模式上結合政府各部門、學術界與產業組織、研究中心並以計畫(含政府補助性計畫)來進行，與台灣的產學合作模式有著些微的差異性。因此，本研究之目的臚列如下：
一、瞭解台灣政府、學術界與產業之間合作的推動。
二、瞭解澳洲政府、學術界與產業之間合作的推動。
三、分析台灣與澳洲產學合作模式的相似性與差異性。
四、歸納研究結果，提出建議，作為改善台灣產學合作之參考。
根據研究結果，本研究主要建議臚列如下：
一、 著重在培育人才的研究發展能力與激發創新知識的能力，且將理論與實務作結合。
二、 著重培育研究人員的領導管理能力。
三、 建立無障礙產學合作模式。
四、 挹注大量經費與人力於合作計畫中。
五、 將有關產學合作模式的過程資訊公開化。

Abstract
The era of knowledge- based economy is coming. Knowledge plays an important role to promoting the innovative industry and economy of country. Combining the applied knowledge and industry activities for students could learn to practice in the workplace. Industry – academia collaborations will be trend in the future that integrates with resources and expenditure of academy, industry and government and also to join the collaborative activities, plans or compacts that government holds. The research achievements can get profit of feedback and value of research by business activities and patent applications. Furthermore, these researchers can publish in seminar to let everyone know about issues and provide as a reference.
Since the global economy and industry become more and more competitive for development, government draws up policies to elevate technology technique, the integration of the organizations and resources, also training talent. In Taiwan, government developed plans or compacts to promote university-industry cooperation activities, in order for talented people to get a foothold around the world.
The research and development of Australia has an important foothold around the world. To connect organization, research institute, academy and industry through the plans or compacts also carry out the promoting of industry – academia collaborations. It’s the reason that development of research ability and talent person in Australia is much better than in Taiwan.
Accordingly, the purpose of study will find out and explore a comparison between the industry – academia collaborations of Taiwan and Australia. The following are key purposes:
一、 To understand interaction between government, academy and industry in Taiwan.
二、 To understand interaction between government, academy and industry in Australia
三、 To analyze the module of industry – academia collaborations of similarities and differences between Taiwan and Australia.
四、 With the research results, some suggestions are provided.
According to research results, the following are the suggestions:
一、 To emphasize on ability of research and development and ability of inspiring innovative knowledge training, put theory and practice together as well in Taiwan.
二、 To emphasize leadership of researchers training in Taiwan.
三、 To build up the well module of university-industry cooperation in Taiwan.
四、 To put large human resources and expenditure in the programs
五、 To open the informations, related process of the module of industry – academia collaborations.
