臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究的目的，在探討高級進俢學校學生社群網路使用行為對同儕關係與學習投入之影響，希望對於教育單位如何有效引導學生的社群網路使用行為，減低上網成癮的負向影響，提供提高學習投入的建言。
以中部地區447 位公私立高級中等學校附設進俢學校學生為研究對象，所進行的問卷調查，經描述統計分析、變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析及多元迴歸分析得到下列發現：
同儕關係會對學習投入產生正向影響。而社群網路行為之中，平台的同學數量及每週聯絡的同學數量，均會對同儕關係具有正向影響。學生加入班級社團也對同儕關係有正向影響。
每週使用社群網路的時數會對學習的認知投入有負向影響，顯示每週使用網路的時數，的確會妨礙學習。社群朋友數量會對學習的行為投入，具有顯著正向影響。而學生在社群網路上與教師互動較多，學習的行為、情緒投入程度都會較高；此一結果顯示，老師在學生社群網路的參與，有助提高學習投入，減少可能的負向影響，但是，教師加入班級社團對於學習投入的影響並不顯著，與研究預期的正向影響結果不同，造成此一結果的原因，可能是教師參與班級社團意願不高有關。
本研究的結果認為，同儕關係，是學習投入的關鍵正向影響因素，此一結果與蔡金鈴（2006）的發現一致。因此，如何有效利用社群網路使用行為，增強學生的同儕關係，進而提高學習投入，值得學校教育工作人員的注意，而擴大教師對於學生社群網路使用行為的參與，以減少對學習投入的負面影響，也是可行管理途徑。
本研究以問卷調查法，搜集學生的主觀感受，並非對於學生社群網路使用行為的實際觀察，因此，研究結果的解釋，需注意此一限制。未來的研究，可以加入老師對學生學習投入的評量，也可透過觀察或晤談的方式來增加學習投入評量的真實性。其次，本研究僅以高級進修學校學生為例，未來也可擴大到其他的學生群體。

This study aims to explore the managerial suggestions to the high school teachers for how to reduce the potential negative effects of internet addiction to continuing education students with effective involvements, by analysis of effects of students' social networking website usage behaviors on peer relationship and learning engagement.
There are 447 effective responses collected from the high schools students of continuing education with a self-administrated questionnaire survey. The results of analysis with ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression models find that peer relationship has a positive influence on learning engagement. In the aspect of internet community behaviors, more the befriended classmates and more the classmates actively contacted per week the student has had positive influences on peer relationship. Students who joined the class club also had a positive influence on peer relationship.
Hours spent in the online community per week had a negative influence on cognitive engagement, meaning time spent online was indeed a barrier for learning engagement. The more of community friends had a higher behavioral engagement on learning. And students with more interactions with teachers in the online community had higher behavioral learning engagement as well as emotional engagement. These result meant that teachers' involvement in the online student community can improve student’s learning engagement and reduce possible negative influences. However, the influence of teacher joining a class club on learning engagement was insignificant. The reason could be teachers' low willingness to participate in class clubs.
Accordingly, peer relationship was a positive determinant of learning engagement. This conclusion is consistent with Tsai's (2006) finding. Thus, how to efficiently improve students’ peer relationship and further increase their learning engagement through an internet community is worth the attention of school educators. And increasing teachers’ involvement in online student communities to reduce the negative influence on learning engagement is also a practicable management method.
The findings are based on a self-administrated survey rather than observation of actual students' internet community behaviors, thus, generalization of the finds should be cautious. And teachers' assessments on students' engagement and observations or interviews of students may increase the measurement of learning engagement are both alternatives in further study, as well as the expanding of research subjects to other student groups.
