摘要
本研究旨在探討創業精神對工作壓力類型之路徑探索,又工作壓力類型可分為挑戰性壓力及阻礙性壓力,本研究將探討創業精神是否會透過挑戰性壓力影響創業績效及創業精神是否會透過阻礙性壓力影響工作倦怠,以供企業創業家、相關產業參考。

本研究以台灣中部五縣市高科技產業和傳統產業企業主為問卷發放對象,共計發放480份問卷,回收問卷290份後扣除無效問卷後,實獲有效樣本259份問卷,有效回收率為54%。然後以結構方程式及Sobel test檢驗量表的信效度與驗證本研究假設。

本研究結果顯示:1.創業精神會透過挑戰性壓力正向影響創業績效;2.創業精神會透過阻礙性壓力正向影響工作倦怠。由以上研究結果,本研究提出以下三點管理意涵:1.強化創業精神;2.提高挑戰性壓力;3.降低阻礙性壓力。

Abstract
This study is aimed at exploring how entrepreneurship affects different types of work stress. Since work stress is likely to be divided into challenge stress and hindrance stress, this study will discuss if the challenge stress of entrepreneurship has an impact on entrepreneurial performance and if the hindrance stress of that influences burnout. The study result may serve as a reference for entrepreneurs and relevant industries.

This study issues 480 copies of questionnaires to the entrepreneurs working in high-tech and traditional industries in Central Taiwan. After eliminating the invalid questionnaires from the collected 290 copies, this study obtains 259 valid questionnaires and the response rate is 54%. The collected data is then processed in the manner of structure equation model (SEM) and Sobel test to discover the reliability and validity of the data and to verify the hypothesis of this study.

According to the study result, it shows that the challenge stress of entrepreneurship has a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance, while the hindrance stress of that influences burnout in a likewise positive way. Therefore, this study proposes three suggestions to management: improving entrepreneurship, increasing challenge stress, and decreasing hindrance stress.
