記事,是人人在日常生活與工作中皆有機會進行的事。近年來,隨著雲端科技與軟體應用興起,一種能讓人無時無刻皆可記事的「雲端筆記」應運而生。雲端筆記為個人知識管理一項新興工具,能讓用戶隨處存取、編輯、分享所擁有的個人資訊。本研究旨在探討使用者對一項雲端服務「Evernote」的科技接受模式。研究方法根據整合型科技接受模式建構之問卷進行調查,也輔以使用者實際運用「雲端筆記」之各種方式,來解釋其實際使用現象。
研究根據網路問卷所得之319筆有效樣本作迴歸分析,結果發現「績效期望」、「努力期望」、「促成因素」等構面是Evernote用戶接受模式中的關鍵,前二者影響了用戶的「行為意向」,而「行為意向」與「促成因素」則依次成為影響用戶「使用行為」的重要因素。此外,不同的用戶背景(性別、年齡、教育程度、職業、使用經驗)與付費情形,對於用戶雲端筆記接受模式,可造成不同程度的干擾效果。最後,本研究歸納出各種背景的用戶對於工作與生活上的使用的心得與建議。
本研究根據使用者心得與建議發現,用戶主要使用雲端筆記之文字記錄、圖像記錄、分享功能等功能,來記錄周遭發生的各式多媒體資訊,更有人整合其他服務、抱持無紙化心態來使用。總結而言,用戶對雲端筆記的評價褒過於貶,在Evernote趨於人性化的發展下,隨著行動裝置的普及、跨服務整合的推動,Evernote分別在生活與工作中提供使用者適切的協助,亦獲得用戶的正面肯定。
With the popularity of cloud computing technology, cloud-based note-taking software applications are emerging in recent years. Our memory is limited, so we take notes. Cloud-based note-taking software application, such as “Evernote,” an emerging tool for personal knowledge management, allows users edit and share personal information anywhere and anytime. The purpose of this study was to investigate Evernote users’ technology acceptance model. The research method was based on the model of "Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology". Furthermaore, for understanding the actual use behaviors, this study also explored the users’feelings and experiences about the use of Evernote.
This study recruited 319 participants for an online survey. The finding showed that “Performance Expectancy”, “Effort Expectancy”, “Facilitating Conditions” dimensions were keys in Evernote users’ acceptance model.The former two affected the users’“Behavioral Intentions”. “Behavioral Intentions” and “Facilitating Conditions” were important factors of “User Behavior”. In addition, the different user background (gender, age, education level, occupation, experience) and payment situation could cause varying degrees of interference effect in the acceptance model as well.
Based on user experiences and suggestions, we found participants were used to useEvernote’s function like text records, image recording, sharing.They alsointegrated other cloud services or divices into Evernote use. Some experessedthatthey used Evernote from a paperless perspective. In conclusion, most of the Evernote usersthought Evernote was helpful and effective for their life arrangement as well as in work.
