大學生知覺過去受關係霸凌經驗之探究

摘要
本研究目的在探究大學生對於過去受關係霸凌的知覺經驗，包含事件對受關係霸凌者後續發展的衝擊。共有六名在兒童、青少年時期曾遭受同儕關係霸凌之大學生，參與本研究，研究者採質性研究之訪談法進行資料的蒐集，並以內容分析法進行資料的分析。
研究結果發現受關係霸凌者所遭遇到的現場經驗包含面臨無處可逃、難以分享的角落經驗、承受無形與有形的攻擊形式、呈現無效能的因應方式、與霸凌團隊勢力的落差、旁觀者的影響力及教師角色舉足輕重的影響。在人際鏈結知覺上經驗到漣漪般擴大的霸凌與漸行漸遠的友誼、環境缺乏友伴支持與歸屬感、珍視受助經驗。在內在體驗與詮釋上具有難以理解受欺負理由、對霸凌團體持有負向的觀感、自我評估與對話、認為家人無法理解自我處境與提供有效協助、認為校方協助效果不彰等特色。
在身心適應上，呈現從激動、無力到麻木漸次的情緒狀態展現，包含有神經緊繃的情緒壓力、低落的負向情緒、排除式的因應方式、麻木感、影響學業表現、文字是抒發管道等特色。在延續發展性影響上，發現新經驗帶來新思考、對自我與人際價值感到困惑與再調適、過去事件成為陰影、認知記憶退色、避免事件再發生在團體中、持續的情緒影響力等情形。最後根據研究結果、針對家長、學校、教師與輔導教師提供實務工作上的建議，期待能更吻合受關係霸凌者的需要。

Retrospective studies of college students who recall experiencing relational bullying

ABSTRACT
This study aims to explore the perceptual experience of relational bullying among college students in their past experience, including the victims’ subsequent impact. There are six college students, who had been subjected to peer relational aggression in their childhood or adolescence, participated in this study. The data were collected by interviews through the means of qualitative research, and were analyzed by content analysis.
The results show negative impact for the following five categories: the victims’ on-site experience, interpersonal connection, inner experience and annotation, physical and psychological adaptation, and influence of the follow-up development.
Based on the results, this study provides practical suggestions to parents, schools, teachers and counselors aiming to satisfy the needs of victims from relational bullying.
