本研究之目的在探討大學生生涯焦慮、因應策略與生涯適應力之相關性，以及了解因應策略對於生涯焦慮與生涯適應力的中介效果。本研究以「畢業生生涯焦慮量表」、「生涯抉擇壓力因應量表」、「生涯調適量表」為研究工具，以國內北部及中部地區大學生為研究對象，進行問卷調查研究。採立意取樣的方式，共獲得有效問卷589 份，並以描述統計、獨立樣本t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、迴歸分析等統計方式，進行資料分析。本研究的結果如下：
（一）大學生的「生涯焦慮」與「正向壓力因應」呈負相關；「生涯焦慮」與「負向壓
力因應」呈正相關。
（二）大學生的生涯焦慮與生涯適應力呈負相關。
（三）大學生正向壓力因應與生涯適應力呈正相關；大學生負向壓力因應與生涯適應力
呈負相關。
（四）大學生的生涯焦慮可負向預測生涯適應力。
（五）大學生的正向壓力因應部分中介於生涯焦慮與生涯適應力；大學生的負向壓力因應部分中介於生涯焦慮及生涯適應力。
最後根據研究結果與討論，針對未來研究及生涯輔導實務應用提出建議及方向。

The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship among career anxiety,
coping strategies and career adaptabilities for university students. Besides, validate the
mediating effect of coping strategies (positive and negative) between career anxiety and
career adaptabilities. The measuring tools used in this study include “Career Anxiety
Inventory”, “Coping Scale”, and “Career Adaptabilities Scale ”. The data were analyzed by
descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and
regression analysis. The results of the study were as follow: “Career anxiety” and “positive
coping” have show negative correlation. “Career anxiety” and “negative coping” have show
positive correlation. “Career anxiety” and “career adaptabilities” have show negative
correlation. “Positive coping” and “career adaptabilities” have show positive correlation.
“Negative coping” and “career adaptabilities” have show Negative correlation. “Career
anxiety” negatively predicts “career adaptabilities”. Coping strategies (positive and negative)
mediates between “career anxiety” and “career adaptabilities”. Last, the advanced discussions
and suggestions were addressed based on the results of this study.
