Taiwan people spread some proverbs that describe the injustice of the judicature. According to the survey of Institute of Sociology, Academia Sinica, many people trust doctors and professors more than judges in Taiwan. Besides, many people distrust the court in Taiwan. These proverbs and surveys present that Taiwan People distrust the Judicature. Using the data of “The Survey of Peoples'attitude to the Judicature”, this paper tries to explain the factors that affect the trust in judges and courts of Taiwan People. Using gender, age, level of education, occupation, income, level of general law knowledge, the experience about action, and the way of getting information or news of the Judicature as independent variables, this research attempts to demonstrate whether or not these variables affect the trust in judges and courts of Taiwan People. The results show that gender, level of education, occupation, level of general law knowledge, the experience about action, and the way of getting information or news of the Judicature affect the trust in judges of Taiwan People. Level of education, occupation, level of general law knowledge, the experience about action, and the way of getting information or news of the Judicature, affect the trust in courts of Taiwan People. Getting information or news of the Judicature from social network can make maximum effect to the trust in judges and courts.
