因應全球能源危機及氣候暖化,節能減碳成為全民運動,發明新能源、有效的利用再生能源、節省能源的消耗等解決方案相繼而生。從節能這個角度來探討可以歸納出:(一)改善耗能設備或建築物的效能及(二)誘導使用者節能等兩個面向的方法。而其中誘導使用者節能的研究已漸成風氣也日益受到學術上的重視,但現有研究中與節能減碳相關的研究探討多是以建築環境或設施相關之技術,探討其改善空間或方式之研究居多,針對誘導使用者節能之相關面上的探討則較少,除此之外近年來社群網路的崛起,造成使用者於資訊擷取上的習慣改變許多,因此本研究想要探討社群因子於室內誘導式節能應用上的可行性為研究目標,以使用者接受度高的方式,將相關節能資訊回饋給使用者。以使用者與使用者間互動的模式,期望使用者在非強制的情況下能自發性的改變其用電以及用水的行為,藉此養成節能減碳的習慣。

本研究主要是在探討社群誘導節能行為模式之可行性,藉由臉書(Facebook)這類使用者所熟悉之資訊瀏覽模式,將節能資訊帶入並以相關心理學的研究結論為基礎,利用使用者之間的互動模式,來達成節能行為之誘導。基於「社群網路於促進節能上的探討」,本研究使用臉書當來做社群因子並設計兩階段的導入試驗,此兩階段試驗分別針對真實的研究生研究室以及台灣大學大一至大四的住宿學生進行導入誘導式節能模式,實驗結果輔以質化與量化的分析呈現,實驗結果顯示比研究所提模式應有預期之成效。


In light of the energy crisis, how to save energy becomes more and more important for everyone. There are two kinds of methods in terms of energy saving. The first one is the physical reduction of energy consumption and the other one would be to induce people to save energy. Nowadays, the research of inducting energy saving has become more and more popular. However, most of these researches are in the field of social psychology. In general, these researchers use questionnaires and interviews to collect the data about the induction of energy saving. Although the results have a certain degree of credibility, they usually lack of verification in reality.

This study aims to propose an induction strategy of using social network for energy saving. The strategy is based on research findings in related psychology studies and is designed and constructed by using the group function of Facebook (a social network platform) as an experiment tool, which provided a convenient and interactive way for users to share information and connect. In this experiment, the energy saving information along with the electricity consumption information is posted among the group members on Facebook. For the purpose of result verification, the induction strategy was applied to actual graduate students working in the office and students living in the dormitory of the National Taiwan University. In order to verify the effect of the proposed method, this research used statistical approaches and the results show that the proposed induction energy strategy is effective.
