建築資訊塑模 (Building Information Modeling, BIM) 已經發展多年,為營建產業新興的概念並且持續延伸概念的發展加以應用。在整個建築物的生命週期上,傳統的營建產業依賴2D 圖紙作業,容易造成設計師、工程師與業主之間的溝通協調因為對2D圖面瞭解與認知的不同,讓設計端與施工端有著不同的解讀方式。因此,營建產業希望尋找一種技術,希望可以整合圖面資訊,進而減少工程成本,提高生產的效率和品質,達到工程交付的時間。
本研究以一設計單位及施工單位協同進行之新建工程為案例,透過訪談及實際參與觀察,並應用BPMN(Business Process Model and Notation)技術分析探討此新建工程應用BIM 之協同作業流程,探討此新建工程應用BIM 之協同作業流程,驗證目前BIM 在工程作業之衝擊與效益,找出目前導入BIM 於工程實務上之困難點,以改善跨單位應用BIM 之協同作業問題,並應用BPMN 釐清導入BIM在工程設計階段以及施工階段之協同作業流程,提供建築師及工程師於BIM 之協同作業專案之參考。最後提出工程設計與施工作業流程導入BIM 之衝擊與效益的分析架構,以利專案團隊應用此架構評估與改進協同作業之工作流程。

The benefits of applying Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to construction industry have been studied and reported in the literature for many years. However, case studies on practical applications of BIM technology are still few. In this study, the implementation of BIM technology into a building project is used as a research target for studying coordination between the design company and construction company in the construction project. Observations and interviews on the project participants are conducted for understanding the coordinated procedures for design and construction with BIM, the organization and usage of existing systematic BIM tools, and the impacts and benefits of BIM implementation. The coordinated procedures are analyzed using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) approach. Finally, this study proposes a methodology for analyzing the impacts and benefits of BIM implementation in design and construction coordination.
