國際交換學生在進行跨國交換時,本研究以學生會面臨的第一個問題跨文化適應作為出發點,其中針對交換學生之文化智商、文化判斷與決策以及跨文化適應三者間之影響。同時探討自我效能對個人的文化智商、文化判斷與決策和跨文化適應所產生之影響,以及文化距離對於個人的文化智商、文化判斷與決策和跨文化適應之影響產生的作用。本研究方法為問卷調查法,採用紙本及線上的問卷兩種發放方式,回收之有效樣本數為173份。研究結果顯示文化智商對文化判斷與決策和跨文化適應有顯著正向關係;文化智商、文化判斷與決策和跨文化適應會受到自我效能之中介效果所影響;文化距離對文化智商、文化判斷與決策和跨文化適應之調節效果顯示不顯著。最後提出本研究結論與建議,供學術界和實務界當作參考。
The purpose of this study is to understand international exchange students on cross-cultural adjustment when students are in a different culture environment. We studied the relationship among cultural intelligence, self-efficacy, cultural distance, cultural judgment and decision making and cross-cultural adjustment by used paper-based and on-line survey 173 questionnaires.
Hierarchical regression analyses showed that cultural intelligence was positively associated with cultural judgment and decision making and cross-cultural adjustment. And, self-efficacy was positively associated with cultural intelligence, cultural judgment and decision making and cross-cultural adjustment. However, the effect of cultural distance between cultural intelligence, cultural judgment and decision making and cross-cultural adjustment was not significant.
At the end, implications for the theory and practice of cross-cultural adjustment are discussed, and future research directions offered.
