Training Management Software (named Unisoft) has been used in HTC for 3 years. It improves so much for staff as well as brings more effectiveness for training management in Hanoi Tourism College, Vietnam.
The purpose of this study is to use Technology Acceptance Model to research the factors which may be affected to user’s acceptance of Unisoft software in Hanoi Tourism College. Otherwise, the thesis also study the relationship each others between the factors: perceive easy of use, perceived usefulness, behavioral intention to use and actual use of the system. In order to examine proposed research model, the author conducted a survey by delivering questionnaires to 215 users of all departments and faculty in HTC. After eliminating poor quality responses, there was left 201 effective samples. The results indicated that: perceived easy of use has positively related to perceived usefulness; perceived usefulness has positively related to behavioral intention to use, and behavioral intention to use has positively related to actual use of Unisoft software in Hanoi Tourism College, Hanoi, Vietnam.
