大型賣場也通常具備許多的停車空間,有些賣場的停車空間甚至分布在許多樓層,消費者在停車的同時若沒有熟記停車位置,常會導致購物完畢後遍尋不到愛車的困擾。進入賣場之後,常會因為賣場因為特賣或是節日特賣,使得賣場動線紊亂以及販售商品位置調整,除非消費者經常造訪該賣場,否則不易搜尋到想購買的商品。以上問題若是使用室內導航則可以圓滿解決。
室內導航可以採取之方案眾多,本研究採取RFID系統作為室內導航之工具,原因如下:1.RFID系統行之有年,無論軟硬體之發展皆到達一定的穩定度與成熟度,2.為充分結合會員系統、倉儲管理系統、結帳系統,以便針對顧客需求訂立適當的行銷方針,在導航過程當中需要做身分認證,而RFID標籤可記錄會員資訊並且在身分認證過程時只需感應,無須複雜的操作,以上兩點是本研究採用RFID系統為室內導航工具之原因。
但是運用RFID系統作為大型賣場的室內導航將會有許多值得討論的問題,本研究將針對這些問題逐一做討論,以求得完善的RFID室內導航系統。本研究著重本室內導航系統製作概念之探討,並無製作實際系統。
Since there is wide range of products in hypermarket that fulfill demands of consumers for one-stop shopping, hypermarket shopping has become an integral part of modern life. Usually, there is a lot of parking space in a hypermarket, and they even locate in many different floors. If a consumer didn’t remember where his car is, it might take a lot of time to find it.
After consumers enter the hypermarket, normally there are various of promotion campaigns during some specific period. But it often makes hypermarket become disorder due to the change of counters. Unless the consumers are very familiar with this is hypermarket, it will be very difficult to find the target products. These problems can be solved by Indoor navigation. There are many solutions for Indoor navigation. In this research we focus on RFID as our main study because of the following reasons: 1.It has been many years since RFID system was used, both hardware and software are stable and mature. 2 In order to integrate member, warehouse management, and billing systems to develop suitable marketing strategies that fit demands of consumers. In the process of navigation, it needs to confirm identities of consumers, and RFID label has recorded information of members and when ID confirmation is proceeding, it only needs induction instead of complicate operation. These are primary reasons we adopt RFID as our main research.
But there are still many concerns when we use RFID systems as hypermarket navigator. In this research will discuss these issues one by one and find out the best solutions for RFID. Our research will focus on the development of RFID instead of practical manufacturing.
