本研究建立在單一買方與單一賣方下的供應鏈,並著重在買賣雙方對產品的定價,產品存貨數量以及合作關係的決策。本研究根據兩種情境發展賽局模型,分別是買賣雙方合作與不合作的情況。合作模式是透過資訊透明化以及共同制定商品定價,可以有效地遞減供應鏈中的長邊效應,非合作模式則反之。在非合作與合作的模型意旨在找出最佳的訂購數量,以及制定價格。本論文的核心問題為,探討合作與不合作時對供應鏈中的成員之影響。最後會針對本研究提出的模型,進行範例說明與敏感度分析。

This paper concerns coordination decisions, pricing and inventory in a two-level supply chain composed of single-seller and single-buyer. This problem modeled as a non-cooperative and cooperative game. Two inventory models are structured in the game framework. Corporates can reduce costs through managing the supply chain more effectively. To find the best production quantity for the vendor and the ordering quantity for the buyer, integrated single-vendor single-buyer inventory model is then proposed with the aim to minimize the total costs of the entire supply chain. In this paper, the problem of how to coordinate decisions in terms of pricing and ordering quantity in a two-tier supply chain among a single seller and a single buyer. Two alternative scenarios were modeled to illustrate the impact of decision in a non-cooperative or a cooperative game setting.
