長時間坐著工作是現今社會普遍的現象,許多文獻發現長時間坐著,容易造
成身體活動量的不足,且引起肌肉痠痛及下背痛等職業傷害的問題,嚴重的話會
引起心血管疾病和高血壓的發生,為了改善久坐族群的肌肉強度,本研究制定一
套核心肌群與下肢肌群的訓練,核心肌群訓練使肌肉維持適當的活動,讓身體保
持最佳狀態,進而提升工作效率,減少意外發生的機會。
在訓練過程中,可能因過度訓練或錯誤姿勢,反而會造成肌肉傷害,故本研
究提出一套核心肌群之疲勞程度評估系統。受測者呈坐姿方式下進行核心肌群訓
練,係以量測上下腹直肌時,搭配紅外線感測器、肌電圖(electromyogram,EMG)
與LabVIEW軟體,可準確紀錄腹直肌在訓練過程收縮之情形,以及觀察下肢動作
操作是否正確。將肌電訊號進行運算處理後,透過中位頻率(median frequency,MDF)、
經全波整流之肌電活動(electrical activity,EA)與頻率與振幅合併分析法(joint
analysis of spectra and amplitude, JASA)方式評估肌肉疲勞程度。
Sedentary work is a common work style in modern society. Many studies show
that sitting for a long time may reduce physical activity level and cause occupational
diseases such as muscle pain, low back pain or even cardiovascular disease and high
blood pressure. To improve the muscle strength of sedentary people, the study
implemented a training exercise for core muscles and lower limb muscles. The core
muscle training can provide muscles appropriate amounts of activity, maintain ideal
physical condition, improve work efficiency and reduce potential chance of accident.
During the training, muscles may be injured by excessive amount of activity or
inappropriate posture. Therefore, the study proposed a core muscle fatigue system. The
subjects performed the core muscle training while sitting to record their upper and lower
rectus abdominis. Infrared sensors, electromyography (EMG) and LabVIEW were
also used to accurately record the contraction condition of rectus abdominis during the
traning, and observe whether the lower limbs move correctly or not. After EMG signals
were processed, Median Frequency (MDF), full-rectified electrical muscle
Electromyographic Activity (EA) and joint analysis of spectra and amplitude (JASA)
were applied to analyze the fatigue status of muscles.
