眼睛是人類身體上最敏感的器官，長時間的使用電子產品，會對眼睛造成屈光不正的情況，所以近視在現今社會上非常普遍的。為了改善人眼各種屈光不正的問題，可以選擇配戴眼鏡、隱形眼鏡或是使用人眼屈光手術(LASIK)校正屈光不正的問題。本實驗架設一光學系統，用於測量人工眼眼球模型之角膜的波前，將市面上販售的隱形眼鏡配戴上去，改變所量測到的角膜波前。藉由此量測實驗來確保屈光手術矯正前後的正確性。
　　波前像差，即是理想波前情況與實際波前情況的光程差。我們可以用一個完全集合而且單位圓內具有正交性的Zernike polynomials來表示這些像差，該多項式的優點是各係數項皆為線性獨立，不會互相干擾，使波前還原過程簡單化。
　　本文主要研究分為三個部分，第一部分為光學量測系統的架設，我們在偵測端架設簡單Hartmann-Shack量測架構，再使用一些光學元件改善整個光學系統使所拍攝到的影像只剩下角膜的波前影像。再配戴近視、遠視的隱形眼鏡改變其角膜波前，再由CCD拍攝影像。第二部分為影像處理，使用Matlab來改善拍攝到的波前影像，再將兩組影像數值做質量中心定位以及偏移量的計算，最後代入Zernike polynomials還原係數項。第三個部分為變焦與平移實驗的數據結果統計，針對Zernike係數項之離焦項、球差項、傾斜項、慧差項進行討論，從離焦項結果可以看出配戴不同隱形眼鏡在系統聚焦的位置。最後計算系統的誤差值為6.994%，說明在基本架構不變動下，些微調整變焦鏡頭對系統造成的誤差低。

Human eyes are the most sensitive to the our body organs. Spending too much time to use 3C products which causes eyes refractive error situation, therefore the situation of myopia is very common. In order to improve a variety of refractive errors of the eye problems. We can choose to wear glasses, contact lenses or LASIK correction of refractive errors situation. We set a optical systems which measures the artificial eye model corneal wavefront and then it could be worn a commercially available contact lens to change the measured corneal wavefront. By means of this experiment we can ensure LASIK the correctness of the before and after correction.
Wavefront aberration is optical path difference between the ideal and the actual wavefront. We can use Zernike polynomial which is a complete assembly and orthogonality on unit circle to express these aberrations. The advantage of the polynomial is that each orders are linear independence, the will not interfere each others, make more convenience for reconstructing wavefront.
This study have three parts. The first part is the erection of the optical measurement system. In the detection surface, we simply established Hartmann-Shack measurement structure. Using some of the optical elements improve the entire optical system so that the corneal wavefront image is captured images only. The second part is the image processing. Using Matlab software improve the image captured wavefront. Two images must be calculated the centroid location and the amount of shifting. Then substituted into Zernike polynomials to reconstruct the coefficients. The third part is to calculate the zoom and shift the experimental results of data. Finally we use the Zernike coefficients to discuss the defocus, the spherical aberration, tilt, coma, and the error of the system.
