中文摘要
  在近年台灣的供應鏈產業之中,供應鍊績效愈來愈受到業界的重視,供應鏈績效可說是評估企業合作是否成功的一項重要指標。在過往的研究中有許多已探討到影響供應鏈績效的各種變數,但何以供應鏈績效發展至今仍未能臻至完美?本研究綜合前人學者之研究,將以心理學的角度帶入展望理論與風險管理,希望能以不同之角度彌補前人之理論缺陷,並建構一全新之研究架構,根據問卷回收之數據以及本研究結果顯示,展望理論確實能直接或間接的透過中介變數造成供應鏈績效之影響。

Abstract
In Taiwan’s supply chains, supply chain performance has become much more important. Supply chain performance can be regarded as a key indicator about cooperation of enterprises. In previous studies, a great amount of studies discuss lots of factors that may cause some effects on supply chain performance. However, there is still a doubt why supply chain performance cannot be perfect. This study combines with previous studies, involving risk management and prospect theory which is the view of psychology. Wish this study will fill the gap of previous study. This study also provide a new research model. According to the outcome of questionnaires, the result of this study shows that prospect theory can directly and indirectly influence supply chain performance significantly.
