整體網路基礎建設的品質不斷提升，相關網路周邊成本持續下降以及普及，再加上「雲端」火紅的潮流帶動下，雲端應用已不僅是家喻戶曉且幾乎和每個人日常生活周遭皆存在一定程度上的關係。當這樣的應用模式延伸至企業用戶時，企業主除了需要思考到雲端所為企業個體帶來的便利與高使用彈性之外，還需要考量到如何建置一個能夠提供給企業具有安全性及統一管控的私人化獨立環境，因此，「私有雲」或「企業私有雲」這個名詞儼然而生。
本研究主要是以臺灣某資訊系統整合服務廠商的身份，提供一套完整的企業私有雲端平臺解決方案；此解決方案將臺灣某電子製造業公司之R&D部門為目標對象，依照內部R&D部門人員不同的日常作業型態及業務需求，量身訂做一套個案公司該部門所適用的私有雲環境；藉由與個案公司相關人員的訪談過程中，探討在導入前所需要面臨及考量到的問題，再依照不同的應用方式及需求提出合適的解決方案，最後本研究再依這次的導入過程，提出相關具體建議，提供給日後考量導入私有雲之其他企業作為參考。

With continuous improvements in the quality of basic Internet infrastructure, the constant lowering of associated peripheral costs and widespread increase in diffusion, in addition to “the cloud” becoming a red hot trend, cloud applications are already not just regular household items but are present to a certain extent in almost everyone's lives. When this application model is extended to enterprise users, business owners need to think beyond the convenience and high flexibility of use and also look at how to provide their enterprise with a private environment that is safe and possesses unified management. This has given rise to the term “private cloud” or “enterprise private cloud.”

This study, in the guise of an unnamed Taiwan information system service provider, provides a complete enterprise private cloud platform solution. This solution is aimed at the R&D division of a certain Taiwanese electronics manufacturer. It is a tailor-made solution, taking into account the different day-to-day job types and business needs of the R&D staff. Through an interview process with company personnel, an in-depth discussion is held regarding the issues to be faced and considered before the implementation of the solution. Suitable solutions to the issues are proposed based on different application types and needs. Finally, specific recommendations are made for use as a reference for other enterprises considering implementing a private cloud.
