在人口密集的都會區高樓林立，身處大樓內GPS訊號相對較差，常導致此種定位服務隨之失效，目前室內定位技術發展乃應運而生。隨著老齡化社會、少子化現象帶來的影響，在可預見的未來，平均每個青壯年照護負擔勢必增加， 本研究利用ZigBee、及Wi-Fi等室內定位技術，分別在醫療院所、及居家環境建構長期照護監控系統，擬藉助室內定位技術此科技新猷來減輕照護人員負擔，研究中提出以ZigBee及Bluetooth 4.0 為主要架構，比較各自的優缺點，並說明各系統適合的領域。

In densely populated metropolitan area of skyscrapers, living in relatively poor GPS signal inside buildings, often resulting in such location-based services become invalid, the current indoor positioning technology has been emerged. With the impact of an aging society, low birth rate phenomenon brought in the foreseeable future, the average burden of care is bound to increase in young adults, this study, ZigBee, and Wi-Fi indoor positioning technology, respectively, in hospitals, Construction of long-term care and home environment monitoring system, intends to leverage this technology of indoor positioning technology initiatives to reduce caregiver burden, the study proposes ZigBee and Bluetooth 4.0 as the main framework to compare their advantages and disadvantages, and description of each system suitable areas.
