摘要

本研究的研究目的在探討網路沉迷、人際關係、及心理幸福感之間的關係。首先從過去研究文獻中整理各變項相關研究，再透過量化研究方法，以問卷調查的方式，利用七尺度量表，進行實證分析。研究對象針對跨國資訊企業在職員工進行問卷調查，有效問卷共計306份。資料分析方法主要透過皮爾森相關分析與迴歸分析來探討各變項因素間的關聯性。實證分析結果為：
一、 網路沉迷對人際關係呈負向顯著影響。
二、 網路沉迷對心理幸福感呈負向顯著影響。
三、 人際關係對心理幸福感呈正向顯著影響。
四、 人際關係對網路沉迷及心理幸福感具有中介效果。

ABSTRACT

The purpose of the study is to identity the relationships among internet addiction, interpersonal relationship and personal well-being. First of all, we sort out all researches between variables and then through Quantitative research techniques, we conducted evidence based analysis by using Likert-7-scale index, which is done by questionnaire. The subjects are employees at international informational enterprise. There are a number of 306 valid questionnaires. Materials analysis methods are mainly through Pearson correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis to investigate relationships between the various variable factors. The outcomes of the evidence based analysis are：

I. Internet addiction has significant negative relationship to interpersonal relationship.
II. Internet addiction has significant negative relationship to personal well-being.
III. Interpersonal relationship has significant positive relationship to personal well -being.
IV. Interpersonal relationship has mediation effect to internet addiction and personal well-being.
