本研究旨在瞭解網路成癮、宅傾向對工作雕琢之影響,並探討工作性質對於宅傾向與工作雕琢關係間之干擾效果。
本研究採用問卷調查法,以跨國企業人員作為研究對象。總計發放問卷共計423份,回收408份。收回問卷後,進行人工篩檢程序,扣除無填答完整或非正常性作答等無效問卷8份,本研究共取得有效樣本計400份,有效回收率約94.5%。經由統計分析,發現結果如下:
1. 跨國企業員工之網路成癮程度與宅傾向不具有顯著正向關係。
2. 跨國企業員工宅傾向與工作性質之交互作用,對於工作雕琢並不產生影響。即個工作性質對宅傾向與工作雕琢之關係不具有顯著正向干擾效果。
3. 跨國企業員工之宅傾向程度中上。
最後,根據上述結果在實務管理上的應用及後續學術研究,提供若干建議。

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between internet addiction, nerd tendency and job crafting, and it was to examine the moderator of job functions in the relationship between nerd tendency and job crafting.
This study utilized the questionnaire survey method. The research subjects were from multinational corporation employees. A total of 423 questionnaires were returned 408 copies. Recovered questionnaires, after artificial examination, deducting non-complete answers or abnormal answers of 8 invalid questionnaires, this study achieved a total effective sample of 400 copies, effective sample recovery of about 94.5% . Through investigating and analyzing , the findings indicated:
1. The multinational corporation employees hadn't significant positive effect between internet addiction and nerd tendency.
2. There weren't interaction effect on the nerd tendency and job functions. Therefore, job functions hadn't a moderating effect in the relationship between nerd tendency and job crafting.
3. Multinational corporation employees had generally nerd tendency.
Finally, based on the research findings, and suggestions reference are made for further studies and practice.
