本研究旨在瞭解宅傾向、個人-組織適配性及組織公民行為之現況,分析其相關因素,比較不同背景變項之員工在宅傾向、個人-組織適配性及組織公民行為之差異,並將探討企業員工的宅傾向對組織的適配性和其組織公民行為的影響,並據此提供管理實務與未來研究方向之建議。
  本研究以跨國企業員工為研究對象,進行問卷調查。問卷共發放500份,回收469份,扣除無效問卷38份,共得有效問卷431份,有效問卷回收率86.2%。利用層級迴歸分析驗證研究假設,實證結果得知,跨國企業員工的宅傾向對個人-組織適配性與組織公民行為皆呈負向相關,而個人-組織適配性及組織公民行為彼此呈正向相關。當跨國企業員工的宅傾向愈高時,會減低其與組織之適配性並減少組織公民行為之表現。

This study aims to understand the otaku disposition, personal organizational fit and organizational citizenship behavior status, analyze their related factors, comparison of differences in otaku disposition, personal organizational fit and organizational citizenship behavior for employees with different background variables, and investigate the influence of otaku disposition of employees on organizational fit and organizational citizenship behavior. Suggestions are provided for management practices and future research directions according to the study results.
Employees in a multinational corporation in Taiwan have been investigated through questionnaires. Totally 500 questionnaires were issued, 469 samples were returned, 38 invalid samples were deducted, for a total of 431 valid samples, resulting in a valid return rate of 86.2%. Hierarchical regression analysis is used to verify research hypotheses, the empirical results show otaku disposition of employees are negative correlated to both personal organizational fit and organizational citizenship behavior, while personal organizational fit and organizational citizenship behavior are positive correlated to each other. Employees with higher otaku disposition will reduce their organizational fit and organizational citizenship behavior.
