中文摘要
過去研究指出,員工的心理幸福感對其工作表現有正向影響;重視員工幸福與快樂的企業獲利較好。因此,許多企業皆致力於增進員工之心理幸福感,以提升其競爭力。在諸多領域中,有實證資料指出,社會支持對個體具有促進身心健康與提升心理幸福感之效果,故本研究主要欲探討社會支持、心理安全與心理幸福感的關係。本研究之樣本以桃園地區外商投資之便利商店員工為對象,共發放420 份問卷,全數回收後381份為有效問卷。研究結果顯示,心理安全對員工的社會支持與心理幸福感間具有部份中介效果。

Abstract
Past researches have suggested the psychological well-being of the employees has a significant effect on job performance. Furthermore, the enterprises which emphasize their employees’ well-being and happiness can make a better profit. As a result, the enterprises try their best to enhance the employees’ psychological well-being in order to increase the competitive abilities. The concept that social support can not only improve an individual’s physical and psychological healthy but uplift his psychological well-being was explicated in many areas. The present research focused on the relationships among social support, psychological safety and psychological well-being. Data were collected from the samples who work in the convenience stores invested by transnational corporations in Taoyuan. 420 questionnaires were distributed; however, 381 ones were effective. Results indicated that psychological safety partially medicates the relationship between social support and psychological well-being.
