中文摘要

本研究主要以組織信任為基礎,來探討其對職場友誼之影響。社會資本為本研究之中介變項,本研究欲瞭解其對職場友誼之中介影響。跨國企業便利商店業者為本研究之研究對象,而工作滿意與工作特性為依變項—職場友誼之控制變項。
本研究採迴歸分析,研究結果發現組織信任對職場友誼有正向顯著之影響,組織信任對社會資本亦有顯著的正向影響,加入社會資本對組織信任與職場友誼之交互效果分析,結果顯示組織信任對職場友誼之正向關係變得較不顯著,因此社會資本具有部份之中介效果。最後本研究對相關管理意涵、研究限制做討論及未來的研究方向提出建議。

ABSTRACT

Based on organizational trust, this research intends to explore how 0ganizational trust influences workplace friendship. Social capital is the intermediate variable of this research, and how it affects the workplace friendship. The researching object of this research is transnational corporations convenient stores employees. Working satisfaction and working characteristics are the control variables of workplace friendship.
This research used regression analysis, and the result finds that organizational trust affects workplace friendship significantly, and it affects social capital as well. When joins social capital to organization trust and workplace friendship for the analysis of mutual effects, the result shows that organizational trust affects workplace friendship becoming not so significant. That means that social capital provids its intermediate effect partly. This research finally offers relative management meaning and research restriction for discussion, and some suggestion for future research directon.
