本研究旨在探討任務衝突對認知風險與組織績效之影響,以瞭解任務衝突、認知風險及組織績效彼此之間的相關性,並進一步以認知風險為中介變項,探討其對任務衝突、組織績效的中介效應。
本研究採用問卷調查法,以臺灣北、中、南、東及外島的電子產業業務人員為母群體,發出問卷280份,回收271份,有效問卷為266份,有效問卷回收率達95%。本研究之問卷分為「任務衝突」、「認知風險」與「組織績效」三部分。資料統計分析採用描述性統計、信度分析、因素分析、相關分析及迴歸分析等方法。歸納本研究結論如下:
一、任務衝突與組織績效呈顯著負相關。
二、任務衝突與認知風險中「社會風險」、「時間風險」和「身體風險」呈顯著正相關。
三、「時間風險」、「身體風險」與組織績效呈顯著負相關;「整體風險」、「社會風險」、「績效風險」、「心理風險」與組織績效呈顯著正相關,且以「心理風險」為最顯著影響組織績效的因素。
四、認知風險在任務衝突與組織績效間並不具有中介效應。
This study aimed to examine the effects of task conflict on perceived risk and organizational performance by first exploring the existing correlation between task conflict, perceived risk, and organizational performance, and subsequently the mediating effects of the perceived risk as a mediator on task conflict and organizational performance.
The research approach adopted in this study includes a questionnaire conducted on sales in the electronics industry of both Taiwan and offshore businesses. In total 280 questionnaires issued, 271 were returned, and 266 valid, resulting in an overall return rate of 95%. The questionnaire comprised questions regarding the three sections of “task conflict”, “perceived risk” and “organizational performance”. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The conclusions are summarized as follows:
1.Task conflict and organizational performance yielded a significant negative correlation.
2.Task conflict and perceived risk, particularly the “social risk”, “time risk”, and “health risk”, yielded a significant positive correlation.
3.“Time risk”, “health risk” and organizational performance yielded a significant negative correlation, while “overall risk”, “social risk”,“performance risk”, “psychological risk” and organizational performance yielded a significant positive correlation, with “psychological risk” being the major factor in affecting the organizational performance.
4.Perceived risk did not serve any mediating effect between task conflict and organizational performance.
