企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP),雖然能有效率地協助企業掌握最新的經營狀況並成為大型和中小型企業的重要核心靈魂系統。但目前ERP系統多侷限於辦公室內或是使用遠端連線的方式才能使用ERP系統。然而,在強調機動性、敏捷度的高度競爭環境之下,此一侷限性可能無法充份地發揮ERP系統的效能。本研究透過社會臨場感理論,探討使用者對桌機版ERP與行動裝置ERP之系統品質之間的差異。本研究以資訊相關科系之大學生為研究對象,進行調查研究與資料蒐集,研究問卷共發出38份,回收有效問卷為30份。採用敘述性統計、信度分析、Person 相關分析與迴歸分析方法。研究主要發現有:一、無論是桌機版ERP或行動裝置ERP之使用者滿意度對意圖使用皆有顯著影響。二、桌機版ERP-親切感對使用者滿意度有顯著影響。
Although Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) help companies quickly understand their business status, it is constrained to a specific place for example office. Mobility and dexterity is highly emphasized in current competitive environment. In this regard, those limitations make ERP systems less effective as expected. The purpose of this study was to compare the quality of ERP system between desktop and mobile device platform through the lens of social presence theory. Thirty-eight questionnaires were sent in this thesis, with 30 effective questionnaires. Analysis of this study included descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation, and regression analysis. The main conclusions of this study were as follows:(1)User satisfaction has effects on user’s intention to use in both desktop and mobile device platforms. (2)The social presence intimacy has effects on user satisfaction in desktop device platforms.
