進入網路科技時代,產業環境不斷變化,企業面對激烈競爭的挑戰下,須不斷地調整策略。例如,企業可以改善生產方法提高生產力或使用新的行銷策略增加銷售。但是,企業大多以製造的生產效率或產品銷售的方式提高企業績效,而鮮少從供應鏈的採購方面來探討。由文獻所示,採購成本的節省所提高的利潤很可能比製造或銷售大很多。因此,本研究的目的是從採購角度切入,旨在探討個案企業的成功策略。

在先前的研究,大部份是從供應商或公司採購單位去了解採購狀況,而較少對兩者同時進行探討。因此,本研究以某公司來進行個案研究,對公司內部採購人員及外部供應商調查,以了解公司的採購策略是否與外部環境一致。而本研究採用問卷調查,研究結果顯示,環境構面和採購與供應策略構面之間有相關性。首先,環境構面的複雜性對採購與供應策略構面,包括供應商評估、供應商開發、物流一體化,有顯著的正影響。其次,環境構面的競爭力方面對採購與供應策略構面,包括供應商評估、供應商開發、及供應商參與有顯著的負影響。本研究結果或可提供採購決策者參考,以便在採購策略上做長期的規劃及發展方向。

As it enters the Internet and hi-tech epoch, the industrial environment has been relentlessly changing. The enterprise, when facing the challenge of fierce competition, must continuously adjust its strategy. For example, the enterprise may refine production approach to enhance productivity or use new marketing strategy to increase sale volume. However, most enterprises embrace the way of manufacturing production efficiency or product selling to enhance business performance, and few of them explore from the purchasing perspective of supply chain. As literature shows, the profit derived from the saving of purchasing cost is very likely to be much larger than that of manufacturing and sale. Therefore, the purpose of this study is from purchasing aspect to get into and aims to explore the success strategy of the case enterprise.

In the previous studies, most of them focus on suppliers or companies’ purchasing units to understand the purchasing situations, and it is rare to discuss both of them simultaneously. Hence, this study is to conduct the case study with a specific company. The targets surveyed are company’s internal purchasing staff and external suppliers to understand the company’s purchasing strategy whether it is consistent with the external environment. And this study uses questionnaire, where the research results reveal that the environment construct has the relationship with the purchasing and supply strategy construct. Firstly, the complexity in the environment construct has significantly positive effect on the purchasing and supply strategy construct with respect to supplier evaluation, supplier development, and logistics integration. Secondly, the competitiveness aspect in the environment construct has significantly negative effect on the purchasing and supply strategy construct as to supplier evaluation, supplier development, and supplier participation. The results in this study may provide decision makers with the references so that they can make long-term program and development direction in purchasing strategy.
