目前國內外各觀光景點的導覽解說方式,有專人解說、書面資料導覽、定點解說牌以及語音導覽等,然而這些方式大多存在著與使用者互動不佳、內容更新不易以及資訊提供被動等缺點。過去許多研究嘗試使用RFID、掃描QR Code、虛擬實境與擴增實境等方法,以增加導覽過程的趣味性及功能性,但在主動性方面卻往往被忽略,以致相關的資訊無法即時為使用者所利用。在網路與行動科技發達的時代裡,使用者期望能夠主動地獲取最新資訊,所以本研究嘗試結合「行動導覽服務」、「適地化服務」與「Google Maps雲端服務」等三個服務概念,建置「主動式行動導覽系統」。當使用者進入到各景點的特定範圍內時,可透過個人行動裝置與APP程式「GO了」主動顯示相關景點與特色店家資訊,提供給使用者參考。
For those existing tour guiding systems in touring business, including in-person tour guides, self-helped guidebooks, bulletin boards, and audio devices, most of them are suffered from flaws of lack of interaction, not prompt to update, passive in information providing. Previous researchers used technologies of RFID, QR Code, Virtual Reality, and Augmented Reality to boost the fun and functions of tours, but the importance of initiatives is often overlooked, and users were unable to receive information promptly. In an age full of applications of Internet and mobile technology, users expect to receive up-to-date information voluntarily. In this paper, we propose an idea of integrating Mobile Touring Service, Location-Based Service, and Google Maps Could Service to construct a Position-Triggered Mobile Touring System. As soon as users enter a designated range, information of attraction sites and facilities is provided automatically through the App “Pack & Go” for reference purpose.
