本研究目的以社會交換理論為基礎,探討運動員的公平知覺五向度包含分配公平、程序公平、發言權、人際公平、訊息公平對於運動員對教練的信任之影響。本研究以456位有參加例行性訓練之高中體育班專項運動為研究對象,取樣範圍包括了北部地區7所高中職校。研究方法採問卷調查法,本研究所使用之工具包括「運動員公平知覺量表」、「運動領導信任量表」,並以皮爾遜積差相關及階層迴歸分析進行資料檢驗。結果:一、運動員的分配公平知覺、程序公平知覺、發言權知覺、人際公平知覺、訊息公平知覺與運動員對教練的信任皆呈現正相關。二、運動員的分配公平知覺、程序公平知覺及訊息公平知覺對於運動員對教練的信任有顯著預測力,且運動員的訊息公平知覺與程序公平知覺對於運動員對教練信任的解釋變異量大於分配公平知覺。結論:教練在執教時需特別注意運動員的分配公平知覺、程序公平知覺及訊息公平知覺,有助於正向預測運動員對教練的信任。因此,教練如欲提昇運動員更好的成績出現,應該在資源分配、內部管理與決定各項獎酬措施時符合運動員的期待。唯有了解運動員的公平知覺,改善運動員和教練之間的相處模式,運動員才會更信任教練,未來才會有更好的運動成績出現。
The purpose of this study was to examine how athletic justice perception including five dimensions: distribution justice, procedural justice, voice, interpersonal justice, and informational justice affected athletic trust in coaches.
Participants were 456 athletic students with regularly training of senior high school. The survey data were collected from 7 senior high and vocational high schools in the northern counties of Taiwan. "Athletic Justice Perception Questionnaire" and "Scale for Trust in Leader" were adapted as questionnaires. This study applied Pearson product-moment correlation and hierarchical multiple regression analysis to analyze data. The findings were as following:
1、There were all positive correlations between athletic distribution justice perception, procedural justice perception, voice perception, interpersonal justice perception, informational justice perception and athletic trust in coaches.
2、Athletic distribution justice perception, procedural justice perception, and informational justice perception had significant power of prediction toward athletic trust in coaches. Furthermore, variance of explanation of athletic informational justice perception and procedural justice perception toward athletic trust in coaches were higher than distribution justice perception. The conclusion was as following: when coaches coach athletes, they must concern about athletic distribution justice perception, procedural justice perception, and informational justice perception. In this way, athletic trust in coaches can be improved. Therefore, if coaches want to enhance athletic performance, they should match athletic anticipation when applying resource distribution, management and reward system. As long as understanding athletic justice perception, improving the way of getting along well between athletes and coaches, athletes should trust in coaches more and perform better in the future.
