本研究旨在探討學童知覺的學校風氣與霸凌間相關的情形。本研究以嘉義市某國小四至六年級為研究對象,採問卷調查法進行量化研究,共計回收問卷為441份,回收率96.1%。本研究結果發現:
1.個案學校四至六年級學童對於學校風氣的知覺是正向的。
2.學童對於學校風氣的知覺月正向,知覺被霸凌相對也會越少。
3.個案學校四至六年級學童知覺主要的霸凌形式是言語與關係霸凌,主要被霸凌的原因為成績與外貌。
本研究根據研究結果對個案學校及未來研究提供建議。

This study aimed to investigate the relationships between students’ perception about school climate and bully. The subjects were grade 4th to 6th students of an elementary school in Chiayi City. Closed-ended questionnaire was adopted to conduct a quantitative study. In total, 441 out of 459 students answered the questionnaire (96.1% response rate). The results showed that most students’ perceptions about school climate are positive; the more postive school climate perceived by students, the less bulling behavior happened percieved by students; the major bullying types were verbal, social and physical by order, students’ perceptions about the major reason of being bullied in school are grades and appearances.
The study provides suggestions to the school and future study according to the study results.
