隨著資訊科技的進步,人與人之間的互動越來越便捷與緊密,使得過去傳統的思維模式已不適用於現今社會。以教育的角度來看,過去的升學制度是走填鴨式的教育,使得培育出來的學生不懂創新以及隨機應變的能力。但是,隨著環境趨勢的變化學校的教育方式必須有所調整。2002年教育部公布「創造力教育白皮書」大力推廣與及培育學生的創造力,這顛覆了過去教學的重點。有鑑於此,學校教師們開始思考要如何以日常生活的教材以及生動活潑的教學法來提升學生的學習成效與意願,進而培育出學生的創造力。也就是說,創意教學已成為現今教師面臨的重要課題。然而,經由過去研究指出知識分享網絡、開放性傾向以及創意教學知識分享皆會有益於教師進行創意教學與提升教學效能。因此,本研究欲以上述三項構面來探討影響教師創意教學與教學效能的因素,並以台北、桃園以及嘉義縣市的國中正式數學老師為研究對象,研究採用抽樣的方式進行。研究發現,知識分享網絡與開放性傾向對於創意教學皆有顯著影響;知識分享網絡與創意教學知識分享對於教學效能亦有正向顯著影響。此外,創意教學知識分享在知識分享網絡與教學效能之間具顯著干擾作用。因此,應鼓勵教師應建立知識分享網絡以利知識或是教學經驗的傳遞,進而增進教師創意教學以及教學效能的發展。
