研究目的:本研究旨探討課間實施單次15分鐘有氧舞蹈運動及八週的有氧舞蹈運動對國小高年級學童記憶力的影響。方法:招募54名國小高年級學童為受試者,分成實驗組1、實驗組2與控制組各18名。運動前三組皆進行進行聽覺語文學習測驗(Rey Auditory-Verbal Learning Test,RAVLT)前測,之後實驗組1進行單次十五分鐘65~75%HRmax有氧舞蹈運動,實驗組2進行為期八週運動強度為65~75%HRmax的有氧舞蹈運動,並分別測量受試者的短期與長期記憶力。控制組維持正常作息在課間期間不進行任何身體活動。以獨立樣本單因子共變數分析(one-way ANCOVA)考驗三組前後測是否有顯著差異。結果:在短期記憶力方面,實驗組1經過單次有氧舞蹈運動、實驗組2進行為期八週有氧舞蹈運動及控制組,三組之間無顯著差異。在長期記憶力部分,實驗組2表現顯著優於實驗組1及控制組,實驗組1和控制組之間則無明顯差異。結論:由本研究顯示,單次有氧舞蹈運動對短期及長期記憶沒有顯著效果;八週有氧舞蹈運動對國小高年級學童短期記憶力沒有顯著效果,但對長期記憶力有增進的效果。
