There are many ways to assess the performance of a company, one of which is to look through Supply Chain Management (SCM) Concepts. SCM is a special tool to study the company from the roots. Through this concepts, where studying, analyzing and solving the case are very essential, the authors try to explore and discover the appropriate reward systems for a particular company engaged in Oil and Gas Industry,

This study examines how each Department works and its influence to the reward systems. By evaluating the second-layer of the company’s Middle Management layer, which is Department, hopefully we may draw the suitable system for the company. Data is collected through the documentary research, case study, and interviews that covered 11 Departments in PETRONAS Company. Except for Board of Director who belongs to Executive Management, all of the Departments belong to Middle Management layer. This study provided important information toward the guideline of reward system of company’s performance. Through this study we defined 42 Supply Chain Process involve within Departments.
