牛樟芝是一種珍貴的藥用真菌,具有抗發炎以及抗癌的功效,因
為生長緩慢,所以產量一直不多,因此研究出許多培養方式 (段木栽
培、固態培養以及液態培養),使得牛樟芝能快速生長,但快速生長
下的牛樟芝與野生牛樟芝,在成份上的差異也變得極為重要。目前許
多牛樟芝成份研究都需要昂貴的標準品或是通過長時間的管柱分離,
再使用多種儀器分析 (13C NMR、1H NMR、IR、UV 與ESI MS),才
能鑑定出成份,因此快速鑑定出牛樟芝成份以及比較牛樟芝在不同型
態 (子實體與菌絲體) 與生長環境 (野生、段木栽培以及固態培養)
的成份差異為本實驗主要目的。將各種牛樟芝的乙醇萃取液,以奈米
級流速的高效液相層析串聯質譜儀 (nanoLC-nanoESI MS/MS) 分析,
利用計算將實驗值與理論值的質量以及同位素分佈相對比,鑑定出
41 種牛樟芝成份,發現牛樟芝型態由白變紅牛樟芝,成份種類依然
與白牛樟芝較相近,因此並非改變型態就能改變成份,也發現在不同
栽培方式下,子實體型態的牛樟芝與野生牛樟芝 (子實體) 都有非常
相近的成份種類,另外也在菌絲體中發現子實體才有的麥角甾烷型三
萜類,只是相對於子實體的含量低了許多。
