在真空樹脂轉注成型技術（VARTM）的廣泛應用下，遊艇結構逐漸朝向輕量化且大型化的趨勢邁進。然而在相同積層條件下，使用VARTM工法會造成FRP結構的彎曲剛性降低，因此FRP遊艇在搬運、吊掛的過程中，低剛性所產生的大變形量會造成膠殼的潛在損傷。本研究使用數值模擬的方式探討FPR遊艇上層結構的吊掛翻轉問題，藉由吊點的選擇、換繩索的時機以及補強結構的佈置來探討上層結構於吊掛翻轉過程中之力學特性，幫助我們選擇最佳的吊點及補強方式。
隨著船體模型日益複雜，模型的轉檔技術顯得格外重要。本研究在模擬過程中，首先使用3-D繪圖軟體Rhino 3D建立遊艇上構模型，並透過適當的模型轉檔程式Hypermesh進行圖形轉檔及網格化的動作，進而獲得數值模擬可用之有限元素模型，最後匯入有限元素分析軟體ABAQUS來進行上層結構的吊掛翻轉模擬。本研究結果發現，補強材的數量多寡與整體變形較無明顯關聯性，而是綁定繩索的位置選擇對整體變形量才有重大影響。本研究經過多種邊界條件之狀態模擬，並將其結果與傳統吊掛方式進行比較後，已經找到可以降低應力與變形量的最佳吊掛方式。

In considerations of VARTM method and lightweight trend, the lower stiffness of yacht’s superstructure is the key point that designers need to consider in recent years. Because of the lower stiffness of lightening superstructures, the more obvious deformation and local fracture will be occurred under hanging and overturning. The package ABAQUS is utilized to simulate the hanging and overturning procedures. With increasingly complicated model is considered, the appropriate transfer techniques become more important. The superstructure model considered in this study is established by CAD software Rhino-3D.Via appropriate transfer process, the CAD model can be imported directly to ABAQUS and turned into finite element model.
The purpose of this study is focused on the optimum hanging and overturning procedures through numerical simulations. With the simulation results, the local stress and strain distributions can be employed to suggest the suitable arrangement of strengthen wailing, and obtain optimum hanging and enhancing locations.
