本研究根據跨越效果以及資源保留理論的觀點,探討工作者職場友誼感受、心理資本與配偶幸福感之間的關聯性,以1090位雙薪家庭工作者為研究對象,並以便利取樣及紙本問卷調查的方式進行。研究中以描述性統計分析、相關分析及迴歸分析進行統計分析。根據迴歸分析之結果顯示:工作者職場友誼感受會正向影響配偶幸福感,而工作者之心理資本亦會正向影響配偶幸福感。本研究發現:1. 工作者職場友誼感受會正向影響配偶幸福感;2. 不同性別的工作者其職場友誼感受對配偶幸福感之影響會有所差異,其中女性工作者職場友誼感受會正向影響配偶幸福感,男性工作者職場友誼感受則不會正向影響配偶幸福感;3. 工作者的心理資本會正向影響配偶幸福感;4. 不同性別的工作者其心理資本對配偶幸福感之影響會有所差異,其中女性工作者心理資本對配偶幸福感之影響較男性為高。針對上述結果,本研究提出研究結論、管理意涵、未來研究限制與建議。
This study examined the crossover effect and conservation of resource theory among dual-earning couples. A sample of 545 couples participated in the study. Regression analysis showed that workplace friendships feelings will positively affect spouse’s well-being and psychological capital will positively affect spouse’s well-being. That is, this study showed that: 1. workplace friendships feelings will positively affect spouse’s well-being; 2. different gender workers’ workplace friendships feelings affect spouse’s well-being will be different, female worker’s workplace friendships feelings will positively affect spouse’s well-being, male worker’s workplace friendships feelings will not positively affect spouse’s well-being; 3. psychological capital will positively affect spouse’s well-being; 4. different gender workers’ psychological capital affect spouse’s well-being will be different, female worker’s psychological capital affect spouse’s well-being will be higher than male.
