摘要

本研究旨在了解八年級生在一元一次方程式單元所呈現的錯誤類型，並探究發生錯誤的原因。一元一次方程式單元是國中生由具體邁向抽象的重要的課題，本研究想要，透過質與量的分析，找出學生對此單元的迷思，並根據學生的錯誤情形來解決學習困難，改進錯誤想法，以作為教師教學與評量及進行補救教學的依據。

本研究採調查研究法與晤談兩種方式進行，先以紙筆測驗了解學生在一元一次方程式單元所出現的錯誤類型，再依據錯誤類型與晤談內容，分析學生解題策略與作法，來探究學生可能出錯的原因。本研究之研究對象為臺中市一所北區、一所北屯區兩所國中二年級五個班級，共計140人。

研究結果發現學生發生錯誤主要有下列類型：國小學習經驗與新經驗互相干擾、運算規則不清楚、先備知識不足、不了解題意或作出錯誤判斷、粗心大意。
另外也發現，雖然課本以等量公理說明運算規則，但學生普遍習慣以移項法則來解一元一次方程式；而在應用問題中不清楚題目之文字敘述、忽略題目所給條件或答案的完備性。

最後針對研究結果，提出教學、教材、評量及未來研究方面的參考意見。使得教師在教學本單元前，能預先了解學生的先備知識，由文字符號的意義與化簡、以符號代表數等單元的學習，能由淺入深、循序漸進的進行，也不應聚焦於記憶運算口訣或傳授解題技巧。此外，課程教材設計的多元化，除了使學生了解題型的多樣性之外，也易引起學習興趣及師生互動，進而增加學習成效，訓練學生思考，避免學生產生學習僵化的情形。
