本研究旨在探討六週易筋經訓練對更年期婦女在健康體適能指標、血液動力參數、心率變異指標、免疫內分泌指標與生活品質之成效。採前導型之實驗性研究設計、以傾向分數配對方式,將研究對象分為實驗組及對照組。實驗組提供為期六週、每週三次、每次至少三十分鐘之易經筋訓練;對照組在相同時間內未提供介入措施。兩組皆於介入措施前、後分別進行生理指標測量與問卷評量,以瞭解實驗組與對照組的差異情形。資料分析使用SPSS 20.0視窗版之統計軟體。研究對象實驗組平均年齡是47 ± 6.34歲,對照組48.3 ± 5.43歲,兩組在基本屬性資料皆具有同質性(p>.05)。研究結果顯示兩組在健康體適能指標之柔軟度(t=2.21, p=.03)與腰臀圍比(t=2.26, p=.03)、運動自我效能(t=3.72, p<.001)、生活品質之角色生理 (t=2.76, p=.01), 一般健康 (t=2.61,p=.01), 活力狀況 (t=2.20, p=.03), 社會功能(t=3.36, p=<.001), 角色情緒(t=2.45, p=.02)以及心理健康(t=4.23, p<.001)等變項,皆達組間統計差異。在血液動力參數、心率變異指標、細胞激素IL-6 (t=-0.56, p=.58)、腰椎骨密度(t=0.86, p=.39)、更年期症狀(t=-1.93, p=.06)和壓力感知程度(t=-0.87, p=.39)則未達組間統計差異。本研究透過易筋經訓練之調身、調息與調心的練習過程,對更年期婦女產生些微生、心理之改變,並增進更年期婦女之生活品質,建議未來在心率變異指標、血流動力參數以及免疫內分泌指標需長期追蹤延宕成效。
This study aimed to evaluate the effect of the Yi Jin Jing qigong in improving the health-related physical fitness indicators, hemodynamic parameters, heart rate variability indicators, immuneendocrine indicators, and quality of life for menopausal women. A pre-randomization run-in period design with the propensity-score matching was used. The experimental group received a 6-week Yi Jin Jing qigong (three times a week, at least thirty minutes each time); whereas the control group received none. The physiological indicators and questionnaire were measured before and after the intervention program. Data analysis used SPSS 20.0 version. The average age was 47 ± 6.34 years for the experimental group and 48.3 ± 5.43 years for the control group. The demographic characteristics were homogeneous between the two groups (p>.05). After 6-week Yi Jin Jing qigong program, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the flexibility (t=2.21, p=.03), waist and hip Ratio (t=2.26, p=.03), exercise self-efficacy (t=3.72, p<.001), role physical (t=2.76, p=.01), general health (t=2.61,p=.01), vitality (t=2.20, p=.03), social functioning (t=3.36, p=<.001), role emotional (t=2.45, p=.02)and mental health (t=4.23, p<.001). There was no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the hemodynamic parameters, heart rate variability, IL-6 (t=-0.56, p=.58), L-spine BMD (t=0.86, p=.39), menopausal syndrome (t=-1.93, p=.06), and stress (t=-0.87, p=.39). This study demonstrates that Yi Jin Jing qigong could improve flexibility, exercise self-efficacy and quality of life, but not improvement IL-6, bone mineral density in menopausal women. Whatever, demonstrating the Yi Jin Jing qigong makes the body adjustment, breath regulation, and mind adjustment processes to slightly change of physical and psychology, and improve the quality of life in menopausal women. This study suggests the change of heart rate variability indicators, hemodynamic parameters, and immune-endocrine indicators IL-6 should be followed for a long-term effect in the future.
