近年來全球暖化與環境保護的議題越來越受到重視。為解決這個議題,產品服務系統的概念在近二十年被發展出來。其目的不僅是滿足顧客需求也同時考慮到全球環境與社會永續,並達到環境、社會、經濟三贏的狀況。儘管如此要建立一個完善的產品服務系統,對於企業與相關的利益關係人而言,是一個巨大的挑戰。因為必須同時涵蓋市場、核心能力、產品、獲利,以及整合產品特色、服務設計。多數先前的研究主要是在探討關於發展產品服務系統或是商業模式的方式,很少有研究同時探討這兩個觀念。此外,在現有關於商業模式的研究中都缺乏了評估這個環節。因此本研究提出一個系統化發展產品服務系統商業模型的方法,並使用多準則決策方法AHP和TOPSIS針對產生出來的方案進行評估與尋找較好的方案。透過這個方法除了公司可以發展出屬於自身的產品服務系統商業模式,且在市場中創造新的機會;相較於原本的商業模式,產品服務系統商業模式能在環境、社會、經濟三方面有更好的表現。
