According to the statistics which is announced by Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam, Taiwanese has invested 279.15 hundred million USD (12.13% of all foreign capitals), ranking 4 among the top ten foreign investment countries in Vietnam, from 1988 to 2013. The investment of processing industries and manufacturing are 23.180 billion USD that shared 83.04% Taiwanese investment amount. 78.49% cases of all Taiwanese investment in manufacturing 2,287 cases. Taiwanese investment is playing an important role in the growth of Vietnam production industry. Taiwanese businessman, mainly relying on manufacturing industry, has raised the requirements of acquiring territories to construct factories. Therefore, it is needed to build several industrial parks with completeness and competitiveness in order to meet Taiwanese businessman’s needs. Consequently, this research takes V industrial park as an example and studies the developing strategy of individual industrial park through case study. Plan to construct a set of integrated and competitive industrial park developing strategy. It is expected that this strategy can successfully and effectively exposit and market the industrial park, regarding it as the best practice of developing industrial park in Vietnam. This research is divided into three parts: Pre-production stage (select developing land, investment application), development and construction stage (levy land and compensate,section construction) and market and operation stage, applying SWOT and 7S strategy to be the implements of research and analysis. Each stage has set up effective strategy and aim according to different mission and quality to surpass the biggest trade rival on marketing sale in the first year, 3.5 times on land sale, 7.3 times on factory leasing, successfully turning defeat to victory, loss to gain. The V Industrial Park can replace opponent to be the most predominant developing industrial park competitor and be ready to carry out stage two developing project.
