本文主要使用一簡單靜態模型闡述教育成本與勞動所得之間的問題。該經濟體系納入兩種廠商,分別是現代化產業的廠商與傳統產業廠商;納入兩種家計單位,分別是提供技術勞動與提供非技術勞動之家計單位,而兩種勞動力分別搭配兩種產業的勞動需求。並分析現代化產業的進入障礙高低對兩種勞動需求的影響,更進一步分析教育成本以及勞動需求對兩種勞動力之所得分配。
模型結論顯示,當教育成本增加時,技術勞動的薪資會上升,但造成負面的結果是兩種勞動力的薪資差距會增加,所得分配惡化。而廠商進入現代化產業的障礙越小,對技術勞動的需求越大,但是對技術勞動的薪資沒有影響。

This thesis adopts a simple static model to elaborate the relationship between labor income and cost in education. Two kinds of firms are included in the economic system, in which they are divided as firms from modern or traditional industries. Further, two kinds of households offer skilled and unskilled labors separately, to correspondingly meet the labor demand of each industry. The author then analyzes the influences on labor demand resulted from the barrier level for firms entering modern industry, and further discusses two kinds of labor income distributions through labor demand and cost in education.
The results of comparative static model show the income for skilled labor increases with higher cost in education, however, such increases would cause greater income inequality between skilled and unskilled labor. In addition, the demand for skilled labor becomes greater with the reducing barrier for firms entering modern industry, however, the barrier level has no influences on income for skilled labor.
