台灣自1974年頒佈了勞工安全衛生法規,但台灣的勞工因公死亡率卻一直居高不下遠遠高出日本、南韓、新加坡、美國、英國。工安意外頻傳,除了說明台灣經濟奇蹟的背後隱藏很多悲慘的故事外,更代表國內工安政策、法令已無法遏阻工安事故的發生。
職業災害是觀察一個國家之社會價值觀的風向球,可反應社會文明的發展程度,越是先進國家,對於職業災害管理的要求自然更為嚴謹。我國已邁入已開發國家之林,政府應特別重視職業災害問題,儘速尋求解決之道。
透過本研究發現,「服務品質」(SEQ)對RFID技術於營建工地的「知覺有用性」是有正向影響的、工作相關性(JR)對RFID技術於營建工地的知覺有用性(PU)是有正向影響的。知覺有用性(PU)對RFID技術於營建工地的使用意願是有正向影響的、知覺易用性(PEOU)對RFID技術於營建工地的使用意願也是有正影響的。
本研究討論如何成功建構一套採用RFID技術於營建工地控管職業災害管理與環境監控系統,其最直接效益將展現於營造工程之人員,實際上任何具有風險作業特性之產業,皆為本研究計畫之探討範圍,以真正將現代科技與資訊系統落實於工廠與工地內之日常安全管理實務上,降低因意外事故造成損失的風險。
Since the promulgation of the labor safety and health regulations in Taiwan in 1974, Taiwan's labor death rate has remained staggeringly high, far exceeding that of Japan, South Korea, Singapore, the United States, and the United Kingdom. The frequent reported industrial accidents not only reveal many tragic stories behind Taiwan's economic miracle, but also signify the domestic industrial safety policies and laws can no longer curb the occurrence of industrial accidents.
Occupational hazards are an indicator of a country's social values and a reflection of the degree of social development. The more advanced a country is, the more rigorous its attitude is towards the demand for occupational hazard management. Taiwan is headed towards becoming an advanced country; therefore, the government should pay special attention to occupational hazard related problems in order to promptly seek solutions.
Findings show that "service quality" (SEQ) has a positive impact on the "perceived usefulness" of RFID technology in construction site; job relatedness (JR) has a positive impact on the behavior intention of using RFID technology in construction sites; perceived ease of use (PEOU) also has a positive impact on the behavior intention o f using RFID technology in construction sites.
This study discusses how to successfully construct a set of construction site management, occupational hazard management, and environmental monitoring system that adopts RFID technology. The most direct benefits will be showcased by construction workers. Any industry with operational characteristics highly risky in nature and applications fall under the scope of discussion in this study in order to substantially implement modern technology and an information system in the daily safety management practices of factories and construction sites, thereby reducing the risk of accidents that result in damage and loss.
