In recent years, the rapid development of IT has brought many changes in all fields of Economic and Social Affairs. In the field of education, the learning environment has had many changes in the digital age. Along with the development of Internet, e-learning have been learned, built and deployed by many universities in Vietnam. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors and the extent of their impacts on the acceptance of using e-learning at the university of Phan Thiet. We used the quantitative method and proposed the research model based on the use of theory of TAM as a research foundation. The research was conducted through the distribution of the questionnaires to the system’s users; the objects of this research are teachers and students. There was a total of 346 satisfied responds and included in the analysis. The results showed that the theories in the research model were all supported.
