圖書館成立的目的,主要是在於支援學習、教育及研究方面扮演重要的角色,而國家所提供的公共圖書館是為了提高民眾學習新的知識,讓民眾有個在踏入社會前後能持續自我學習的場所。
公共圖書館是由國家政府提供給民眾的公共休閒設施,在台灣隨著人民知識水準的提升,民眾的閱讀水準跟著提升,是現代最能夠貼近民眾的公共建設。
在台灣各地方縣市民眾知識水準提高,公共圖書館讀者不斷的增加之際,圖書館本身的數位服務能力也應該跟著提升,因此大台南的公共圖書館為提升數位服務平台的網站品質,在2011年更新了其數位平台,為了就是要提供給民眾更好及更便利的數位化借閱服務。
而本研究目的是探討現在的台南市公共圖書館的在更新數位服務平台之後,它的操作介面、資訊內容及服務品質,是否提供讀者足以信賴的圖書館資訊服務,這就是本論文要探討分析的地方。
The mainly purpose of the library was established that it is playing an important role to support learning, education and research. In order to improve people learning new knowledge, The Public library provide for people to keep learning by themselves when they entered the community.
The Public library is leisure facilities that was provide to the people by government. As knowledge progresses, people to enhance the level of reading in Taiwan, it is public constructions that close to people nowadays.
In Taiwan, people who improve knowledge level in each city and county while public library users constantly increasing. Digital library should be followed to enhance service capabilities. For this reason Tainan Library website to enhance the quality of digital services that updated its digital platform in 2011. In order to give people better and more convenient digitization lending services.
This study was to investigate the Tainan City Library updated digital service platform. It’s user interface, information content and quality of service, whether the library enough to provide trusty information for reader, the thesis explore and analysis this phenomenon.
