企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)系統已成為企業員工必備的競爭武器。然而,ERP系統的複雜與人才缺乏造成系統導入不易,也引發學界課程規劃涵蓋ERP系統的使用,期望學生透過課程培訓能提升學習成效,進而協助企業導入ERP系統。因此,本研究目的以資訊系統成功模式為基礎整合個人能力構面,探討學生使用ERP系統是否可提升其學習成效。本研究採用實證方法,研究對象為曾修習ERP課程之學生,使用問卷蒐集資料,共回收323份有效問卷。資料分析結果顯示,ERP系統構面、個人能力構面、認知系統有用性、使用者滿意度及學習成效之間的影響皆呈現正向顯著的結果。本研究根據分析結果提出建議:第一,教學單位在採購軟體系統上應考量系統的使用度與容易度。第二,授課教師應讓學習者了解企業運作整體流程,讓學習者在未來幫助企業做到妥善配置資源。第三,學生方面則應預習課程內容並與同儕互相交流,使學習環境變得輕鬆並鼓勵彼此學習以增進其學習成效。
Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP, has been an essential competitive weapon for employees. However, the complexity of system and the lacking of manpower cause the ERP not implement easily. Because of that ERP system is included in the academic curriculum. Students are expected to learn through the courses to improve the learning effectiveness and be able to assist ERP. Therefore, the purpose of this study is based on the successful ERP to integrate personal capacity and to discuss whether ERP can improve students’ learning effectiveness. Empirical research is used in this study, and the students who attend to the ERP course are as respondents. 323 valid questionnaires are collected. The data analysis showed that ERP dimensions, individual ability dimensions, the usefulness of cognitive systems, the users’ satisfaction and learning effectiveness are positive significantly. Based on the research results, three suggestions are provided; 1. academic curriculum should consider the use and ease of the software system; 2. instructors should make the learners to understand the whole process of business operations, so the learners can help enterprises to allocate the resources in the future; 3. students should preview the lessons and interact with their peers to make the learning easier and encourage each other to improve their learning effectiveness.
