在各種新科技中,雲端是近年受到大量關注的熱門話題。雲端服務融入教育的創新教學模式為雲端應用上一個積極推廣的目標且已成趨勢。教育雲的建置及推動須滿足教學需求和意願,因此在投入教育雲建設之初,哪些要素會影響學校導入教育雲是個值得研究探討的重要議題。本研究從學校的內、外部及教師本身的主觀認知來探討學校導入教育雲的考量,透過文獻整理教育雲、雲端特性、創新特性等相關議題,以科技-組織-環境理論為基礎架構,整理歸納出在科技面、組織面和環境面的影響因素,並加入了雲端特性和創新擴散理論的創新特性,以問卷方式對於從事教育相關人員進行調查,並加以統計工具分析驗證來探討學校導入教育雲服務的意願和考量要素。研究結果為教材資源、操作介面、基礎設施、高階主管支持、政府政策、廠商服務支援、競爭力、彈性、效率、相容性對於導入意願呈現正面顯著影響的關係。使用者資訊能力、互通性、安全性和相對優勢對於導入意願呈現無顯著影響。成本與複雜性對採用意願則呈現負向影響關係。

In a variety of new technologies, the cloud is a popular topic in recent years. The education cloud services of innovative for the cloud application has become a trend. The build and promote of education cloud must be need and accompanied. According to the building up early education cloud, what elements affecting education cloud is an important research topic. The study from the internal and external schools and teachers explore the need of education cloud. Through literature review education cloud, cloud features, innovative and TOE-based, which summarize the factors of the technology, organizations and environmental. And add characteristics of cloud and innovative features of IDT. The questionnaires survey to related educational people, and analysis of statistical tools to verify the factors of import of education cloud. Based on results, there’s parts affect of "technology", "organization ", "environmental", "cloud features", and "innovative features" of education cloud for school.
